Together we provide you with tools to prevent unhealthly gaming behaviour and enable you to play responsibly.
You can set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your account from your card either by visiting Responsible Gambling - Deposit Limit or by contacting Customer Service. Simply email baltic-support@betsafe.com. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Need to cool off?
Sometimes the heat can get the best of us. We can offer you a variety of cool off options, ranging from 24 hours to 12 months of self-exclusion. If you feel you need a longer period than that or even permanent exclusion – please contact our Customer Service.
If you want to see your activity before deciding, you can always review the transactions you have made by going to 'My Account'.
